File Libraries on escapetech.com

Escape's web site, escapetech.com, contains a utility that allows you to download a variety of items related to Escape software. This utility uses the Internet File Transfer Protocol (FTP) to send files from Escape to your computer. Included are:

  • Software Updates - program revisions for Escape software.
  • Utility Programs - specialized programs relating to maintenance of Escape software.
  • Release Notes - software revision documentation
  • User Documentation - Escape manuals, and quick references in both Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF format.

Accessing the Escape File Libraries

  1. Go to our FTP File Libraries. (Contact Escape Customer care about login access.) A list of files available for download will be displayed.
  2. Once you have found the file you want to download:
    • To download, right-click and choose Save Target As.
    • To open, just click on the file. Be careful because this could attempt to open the document using Adobe Acrobat. If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your PC, you will get an error. (To download the Adobe Acrobat Reader free of charge, point your browser at www.adobe.com.)

We also provide a public folder you may use to upload files to our site.

Note: If you have any problems downloading files from our FTP site or get a screen that says:
