Release Review Webinars
After every release, we hold Release Review webinars: one for finance and another for HR/Payroll. These 90 minute sessions walk you through the new features and reports of the latest release.
For those of you who have never been to a webinar, what we do is send all the attendees a link to a website. When they click on it and login, they see the trainer's screen, exactly! They can also hear via telephone connection.
It's the next best thing to being right there! The review lasts about an hour and lets you know all about a release's new features without ever having to leave your desk. Attendees can even type questions into a chat window, which we answer, live, for everyone.
If you weren't able to attend the release review, go to the Online Resource - Release Information activity in your Escape Online 5 application. This activity includes links to the Top 10 (an irreverent look a the top 10 features for the release), the webinar recording, presentation materials and Q&A follow up.
Release Review webinars are part of your maintenance package. They are free-of-charge. Any current Escape Online customer may attend, individually or as a group. If you would like to receive an invitation to upcoming webinars, please sign up for our monthly email digest and invite list.
