 Next major version of Office.
Escape Comment (last update 12/11): Impact unknown. Usually minor tweaks are required on our end to support new versions of Office. We already have the infrastructure built in to detect the version of Office on the PC, and use the correct interface.

Microsoft Windows 8
This is the next major version of Windows. It is still in the beta phase. Release Date: Tentative late 2012.
Escape Comment (last update 12/11): Given that our client is written in Microsoft .Net, as is a lot of Microsoft software, new Windows versions generally don’t cause many issues. Some minor tweaks have been required in the past.

Escape Comment (last update 12/11): Updates to SQL Server generally do not cause problems for any of our SQL usage. But there are version specific enhancements that we cannot take advantage of until all customers have migrated.
